Balancing control unit eb4500
Elaso balancing systems can be installed in both new and almost all existing grinding machines. The control unit for fully automatic or operator-guided manual balancing processes is available as a table-top unit or built-in unit (also 19‘‘ rack) and is used in some grinding machines in addition to MEITEC measurement technology.

Elaso offers a wide range of built-in balancing heads for integration into a grinding spindle. Depending on requirements, wired and wireless balancing head systems are available.
If the use of a built-in system is not possible for space reasons, a variety of add-on balancing heads can be used.

Elaso structure-borne sound sensors, such as the USC4000, are used on some of our customers’ grinding and finishing machines together with the MEITEC CS100 measurement controller. This provides an ideal combination of measured value acquisition and process monitoring.
